We built our team and culture over time, fueled by freedom, creativity and a drive to do good in our community. Every ‘Boxer adds their own flair to the living, breathing fuzzy thing that is SmallBox. How we think, how we interact, how we live out our core values, and what each team member brings to the mix all adds up to our culture.
Some of our culture has been in our DNA from the beginning, thanks to our oldest pet-project, Musical Family Tree. Later we started the 24 Hour Web Project which led to other "cultural institutions." These institutions have become our "holidays," and along with our regular Monday lunches, Beer Fridays and monthly knowledge sharing events, these happenings create a rhythm for our business. In the end, our collective voices, the causes we champion and the institutions we create all shape who we are.
